Milacron has provided all opportunities which I have proudly said as an expert in plastic moulding, especially in injection moulding. With passion of Continuous improvement in manufacturing with KAIZEN, LEAN, FIFO etc, process improved performance and productivity. Leadership and manage a team of technicians, fitters and electricians. Manage, planning, monitoring inventory and vendor development for critical spare parts. Strong focus on GMP, HACCP and food safety regulations and company policies. I have worked and contributed towards fast paced high volume production within FMCG environment.Main responsibilities and expertise gained in 25 years of experience in FMCG industries- Engineering Executive in Design and development department- Understanding of SPC (statistical process control) and process improvement- Provide technical support, guidance and information to assist Production and Quality in resolving problems that may result from moulding issues- Design and validate new processes to deliver efficiency- Assisting Quality with Customer related issues (moulding related customer complaint investigations)- Support NPD and CI in manufacturing to enhance efficiency and productivity- Validation & commissioning of new/existing moulds & processes- Identify, implement and manage continous improvement opportunities- Provide training, working practices, process and equipment- Write up documentation for new equipment and train staff accordingly- Extensive experience in Hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC hardware- Always ready with hands on approach with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently- PRO E and AutoCAD software applications knowledge- Hydraulics power pack design and calculations knowledge. Hydraulics is my passion- Plastics moulding expertise skill especially with injection moulding and PET preforms- Critical injection moulds technique and knowledge of moulds spare parts, repairs and maintenance- Technical representative for alternative projects and worked closely with Bosch Rextroth, MOOG, Atos, Netstal, Arburg, Hofstetter, Eisbar and many other major suppliers-(Continue).
