Ensuring the appropriate approvals are obtained from management and the SCS Budget team for server and maintenance extension purchases. Provide support to various groups by updating databases with current server changes. I provide monthly reporting to show total cost of items and quantities ordered for management review. Obtain vendor quotes for components such as memory, disk space and warranty extensions. Supply invoices for billilng purposes. Responsible for resolving vendor issues regarding incorrect order fulfillments, shipping errors, inaccurate invoicing. Provides vital information to assist managers with monthly reporting pertaining to expenses used to procure server, additional hardware, software and maintenance warranties. Help manage the IT Budget Challenge.
