I am a UX/UI designer with an educational background in the sciences. I have experience working in the service, transportation, and allied health industries. In my various roles, I mostly developed skills in customer service, organization, analytics, and streamlining the overall customer experience. I discovered user experience design through a friend and, after much deliberation, decided to shift from my medical career path. This particular field sparked my interest as it combines people, psychology, research, and visual design. These are all areas of interest for me, and it seemed like a natural fit.
