About Urja Jain

I am a Special Educator, Early Childhood Educator, Education Administrator and a certified TESOL instructor. I have worked with neurotypical and neurodivergent kids (autism, speech disorders, learning disabilities, hearing impairment) in the past and I learn as I continue to teach these wonderful children. I am currently pursuing my Fellowship in Psychology Counselling (Child, Adolescent and Adult Counselling) from NHCA, Singapore. I have in the past worked with areas related to staff management, teacher coordination, recruitment and onboarding as well as curriculum modification to cater to the needs of the special kids. It has been my aim to promote inclusion in every organisation that I have been a part of as I strongly believe that every child has the right to deserve quality education despite all challenges. I have also worked as an Editor and proofreader and have an experience of 3 years (Editor and proofreader for Lokus News; freelance editor for Indian Association of Paediatrics)
