About Urman Parikh

I lead strategy and operations at Krupa Polymers, where we manufacture and supply a wide range of industrial polymer components, including rods, bushes, gaskets, balls, rings, sheets, strips, cloth, and custom-machined parts. Since our start in 2004, we’ve built long-term relationships with clients across sectors like chemicals, pharma, infrastructure, marine, and engineering. Our focus is on reliability - both in product performance and in how we deliver. My role involves planning expansion, improving internal systems, and working closely with our teams across production, pricing, logistics, and client service. We also handle exports to countries like Sri Lanka, Nepal, UAE, Bahrain, and Vietnam, which gives us exposure to diverse standards and customer needs. Over time, we’ve expanded our material portfolio to include PTFE, UHMW, Delrin, Polypropylene, Nylon, Peek, PVC, HDPE, Teflon, Hylam, Turcite, and others supplied in various shapes and formats based on end-use. I began my career in software engineering, and that experience still shapes how I approach operations with structure, clarity, and an eye for solving problems systemically. My focus today is straightforward: build patiently, work honestly, and always look for ways to do better.
