I am a business-focused Data storyteller and analyst specialising in Workforce Planning. I bridge the gap between business needs and data insights by understanding strategic objectives, collaborating with technical teams to shape data, and developing dashboards that inform critical decisions. I have a strong track record of aligning workforce strategies with organisational goals through data-driven insights, stakeholder engagement, and advanced analytics. Experienced in both public and private sectors, I excel at building scalable dashboards, forecasting models, and analytical frameworks that enable proactive, evidence-based workforce planning. I’m currently playing the role of Principal Advisor (Workforce Planning) in the Planning Team at Immigration New Zealand, where I partner with different cohorts of Immigration NZ to understand their workforce challenges and translate them into data-driven, actionable solutions. I lead end-to-end workforce planning, analysing current workforce capabilities and forecasting future needs for identifying critical workforce demand-supply gaps. I am acting as a bridge between the leadership and data teams, I identify requirements, source and analyse relevant data, and develop insightful dashboards and data stories that transform complex information into clear, meaningful insights for senior leaders. In my current role, I have designed and implemented a roadmap to transition the Workforce Planning team from Operational Planning into a strategic workforce analytics function.
