With extensive hands-on experience in basic science research, lab safety, and documentation, I thrive in interdisciplinary collaborations that drive scientific discovery forward. 🧠 Current Research Focus: Neuroscience & Molecular Biology My work explores Neural Stem Cells (NSCs) under stroke-mimicking conditions, specifically investigating the impact of LRP1 knockout on cell viability, differentiation, and proliferation. I have extensive experience in: Stem cell culture & primary cell isolation Molecular & cellular assays (immunolabeling, PCR, Flow cytometry, Western blot, Cloning etc) Behavioural assays on rodents (Elevated plus maze, Y maze, Accelerating rotarod etc) Experimental design & scientific analysis Beyond neuroscience, I am also well-trained in molecular biology and cell biology techniques, equipping me with a versatile skill set for diverse research applications.
