I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with over 17 years of experience in CAD design, tooling & fixture development, and process engineering. I specialize in Unigraphics NX and SolidWorks, working on a wide range of mechanical components—particularly in jigs and fixtures, machining, sheet metal, and custom equipment. I have extensive experience in duplicating and localizing production lines, especially by leading the design, manufacturing, and commissioning of mechanical fixtures and workstations. This included: Creating detailed 2D/3D drawings and BOMs Cost estimation for assemblies, welded steel assemblies, individual parts, and sheet metal components. Preparing RFQs and technical documentation Selecting suppliers and supporting them during manufacturing Overseeing acceptance testing and functional verification of devices I’ve worked closely with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, and procurement) to ensure on-time, cost-effective, and functional implementation of mechanical devices and work cells.
