Friendship House empowers communities through culturally centered health education, where we focus on substance use rehabilitation programs tailored for Native American populations. As a Health Educator with over two years of experience in this role, I contribute to developing and delivering impactful health programs that promote wellness, recovery, and prevention. Leveraging expertise in public health education and program management, our team addresses critical social determinants of health while fostering meaningful connections with underserved communities. With a solid foundation in public health and case management, I have supported various social service initiatives, including outreach and veteran services for the unhoused. My commitment to improving health outcomes is evident through my hands-on approach and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Motivated by a mission to create equitable access to healthcare, I aim to enable healthier, thriving communities through education and compassionate care.
