I am a second-year law student at the University of Colorado Law School. During my time at Colorado Law I have interned with the Korey Wise Innocence Project which focuses on wrongful convictions in Colorado. I have served in various leadership roles including President of the Black Law Students Association and Vice President or the Latinx Law Students Association. Before moving to Boulder, Colorado I worked for three years in a high-volume dermatology practice where I was tasked with creating flyers and other marketing collateral for product launches and events and I helped plan logistics for all events while also generating partnerships and sponsors. I am a Florida native. I earned my BA in English at Florida State University where my concentration was in editing, writing, and media. I refined my skills in editorial work, communication and publishing fields while interning at The Kudzu Review Literary Magazine, Florida State University's undergraduate journal.
