How to ensure the timely realization of complex infrastructure construction? What are the adequate tools for project managers helping them to detect and anticipate the risks and to implement the right remediation at the right time? I have an extensive experience in Project Management and Contract Management, more particular for the construction in the field of environment (Waste and Water).
