In my current role as Engineering Manager, I am responsible for: • Preparing engineering documentation and services, components, & kits required to retrofit the aircraft as needed, while ensuring that the services and equipment provided is done so with the least amount of financial exposure to Avolon while maintaining an on-time to delivery to the customer. • Assisting transition and asset allocation teams by providing reviewed and approved Aircraft Specification Sheets, advice on regulatory requirements, current aircraft status and anticipated aircraft status at time of delivery. • Management of materials to support routine scheduled business and non-scheduled business requirements and where appropriate management of outsourced agencies. • Development and maintenance of strategic partners and/or resources for on-site support and materials warehousing. • Effectively and efficiently manage our technical consultants & multiple projects at any given time. • Development and maintenance of relationships with key vendors and OEM repair shops etc for parts procurement and sale.
