About Ursula Staneff-Gotham

Throughout my career I have striven to meld my degrees in education and my MBA to develop creative and thoughtful programs and services that are then implemented in a profitable and efficient manner. I'm passionate about improving the community that I live/work in through the work that I'm doing or through community activism. Professional experiences include operations management, P&L oversight and business development. My background includes a range of experiences in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors dealing with educational/human service operations as both a supervisor and multi-site supervisor. I am able to develop and implement systems for organizing work and people while developing meaningful relationships with customers, professional, full-time and part-time employees.
