I have 2+ years of experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles and levels, following company policy and standards. As an HR Executive, I am responsible for a comprehensive range of human resources activities. These include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, encompassing job postings, resume screening, candidate interviews, and coordination of hiring procedures. I conduct new employee orientations and oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and a positive experience for new hires. I serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely guidance and effectively resolving issues. Moreover, I prepare and maintain reports related to HR metrics and activities, assist with payroll processing and benefits administration, and develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and satisfaction. I also organize company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to promote a cohesive and motivated workforce.
