With experience in Salesforce Administration from nonprofit organizations, complemented by 12 years of experience in SAP Basis and SAP Solution Manager Administration within the energy utility and retail industries, I bring a unique blend of skills in optimizing IT systems and processes. My core strengths include time management, a can-do attitude, troubleshooting expertise, and effective leadership, whether working as part of a team or leading one. I take pride in contributing to organizations such as Capgemini, Siemens, and various nonprofit entities, where I’ve helped enhance processes and systems. Some of my key accomplishments include Salesforce Sales cloud implementation, data deduplication for NPSP, and reporting. Also, system refreshes, upgrades, migrations database administration, and central monitoring system setup in SAP. Having worked with global and local businesses across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, I have developed a deep understanding of diverse business environments and technologies. I am passionate about technology and AI and have hands-on experience with SAP Business Suite, SAP NetWeaver, Oracle Database, Unix & Windows systems, Salesforce, Slack, ServiceNow, ITSM, and Remedy.
