With over 28 years of experience in sales and marketing for diesel electric generator sets and power plants, I am a Regional Sales Leader at Cummins Inc, a global leader in power solutions. I have an MBA from Murdoch University Dubai and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Adamson University. In my current role, I oversee the sales strategy and operations for the Middle East and Africa region, covering 59 countries and territories. I lead a team of 25 sales and marketing professionals, who work with customers and distributors across various sectors, such as oil and gas, mining, telecom, and data centers. I am responsible for achieving revenue and profitability targets, expanding market share, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Some of my key achievements include securing a $50 million contract with a major telecom operator, increasing the user retention rate by 25%, and launching a successful branding campaign that raised the awareness and recognition of Cummins products and services. I am passionate about delivering innovative and sustainable power solutions that meet the diverse and evolving needs of our customers and communities.
