Background

About Usha Lama

I am a dedicated recruitment professional with over 3 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, primarily focused on international placements. My journey began in June 2021 as a Documentation Executive, and I have since advanced through roles such as Documentation and Process Coordinator, HR Administrator, and Recruitment Administrator. Throughout my career, I have specialized in candidate documentation management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating recruitment workflows for placements across Malaysia, the Middle East, and Europe. My experience includes handling visa processing, MOFA issuance, biometric procedures, work permit issuance, and maintaining client-specific documentation, while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. In my previous roles, I was involved mainly in sourcing candidates and managing their administrative documentation. Currently, as a Recruitment Administrator, I am gaining broader experience on the placement side of recruitment. I now work with candidates sourced from various channels and handle the full range of administrative tasks to support their successful placement, particularly for opportunities in Croatia. This role is helping me build a comprehensive understanding of both candidate sourcing and placement operations in international recruitment.
