About Usha Rani

I am a management graduate, an MBA gold medalist in the streams of Finance and Information Systems from Osmania University Campus, Hyderabad, India. I have over a decade of exposure and experience working in various corporates, from indian banking to international banking, HR as well as operations management. I initially began my career at an entry level with data entry and HR management, but gradually with the lapse of time, handled teams and worked as a manager in versatile wings from operations to human resource management to corporate trade alliance, excel spreadsheet data management and analysis, loan asset assessments and operations, scrutinizing the trade documents, working with SWIFT transmissions, UCPDC, email'ing etc to name a few. I was able to successfully set / create new policies for my company, along with reviewing the existing ones for the betterment of all. I was also awarded another gold medal by one of my corporate, for my excellence in performance. Besides this, I also got promoted 4 times during my entire career tenure. I hold a very responsible cadre and a wide portfolio in terms of my deliverables. Excellent Communication skills, soft skills in terms of English, editing the corporate documents, hands-on experience working in Excel, excellent academic track record, fitting my schedule in delivering my top priorities, a very good time management record, are few of my positive sides. I am open to working under rigorous deadline and delivering the output with utmost quality, besides giving a productive number.
