Usha is a pioneering senior lead with global experience spanning India, Australia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Her work is focused on leading Digitalization program, designing solutions and team building - helping them unlock the potential of technology to transform themselves and deliver customer delight. she has applied this expertise in a wide range of technology-intensive sectors such as Telecom and PDM (HP Servers and Storage). She is a highly articulate strategist who combines bleeding-edge technical thought leadership and pragmatic business acumen and influence, with proven success in driving large scale data and digital transformation to achieve category reinvention and innovation. She has led cross-functional teams spanning the globe that includes architecture, engineering, program & project delivery, operations and support. Usha formulates business growth strategies, builds capabilities, evolves culture and accelerates organizational change momentum necessary to achieve digital transformation or disruption, exponential growth and operational efficacy. She is currently the Agile Technical Delivery Chapter Lead at Telstra India Limited, the largest Telecom provider in Australia. She is also an PMP and CSM certified.
