As a talent acquisition consultant at Wadhwani Foundation, I support the foundation's mission to accelerate economic development in emerging economies by sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles across the globe. I leverage my skills in human resources, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools to attract and retain diverse and high-performing talent for the foundation. Previously, I was a senior talent acquisition specialist at Chandler Macleod Australia, where I managed the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of clients in different industries. I also worked as a recruitment specialist at Aspire, where I helped recruit and place candidates for various projects and contracts.
