About Ushi Parekh

My experience spreads across working in TV. Theatre costume, props, set builds for events, exhibitions and performance. Delivering bespoke detailed pieces for high profile content, such as stage musicals and classical period dramas, including costume musical games shows. I have industry experience in the fashion retail sector designing and patterning prototypes as well as, implementing independent café retail spaces from concept into functioning establishments servicing London areas and Brighton. I thrive on making creative ideas come to fruition and have an adaptable approach to multiple time sensitive projects. In addition to full time employment I run a limited company, delivering wellbeing services to corporate organisations for over 12 years. A trained practitioner with over 20 years experience in Complementary Therapy, I have also facilitated classes having completed a teaching level bodywork discipline. This has enriched my people facing skills, enabling me to support and offer guidance in various environments.
