About Ushma Neill

Building on a PhD in biomedical engineering, exposure from a postdoctoral fellowship as a Marshall Scholar, and broad biomedical understanding from time as editor of biomedical publications and as an academic administrator, I bring a unique skillset to bear on scientific policy, publishing, educational development, fund raising, vaccine awareness and outreach, among other topics.
