In addition to my experience as a Clinical Counselor, I am also a skilled Organizational Consultant with a passion for improving employee engagement, productivity, and overall organizational health.In my role as a Clinical Counselor, I have worked with clients struggling with various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. My ability to establish a therapeutic rapport with clients has allowed me to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. I have also worked with children and adolescents in various settings such as summer camps and after-school programs, which has allowed me to develop the skills necessary to understand the unique challenges they face in their daily lives.As an Organizational Consultant, I understand the importance of communication, collaboration, and teamwork in achieving shared goals.
