I am passionate about creating financing solutions to help businesses and not-for-profit organisations maximize their potential. Whether it is helping corporates or government agencies figure out the optimal financing structure for projects, matching businesses/not-for-profit organisations with capital providers to plug funding gaps or identifying and appraising potential targets for investment and acquisition. I believe business ideas and ventures are only as good as the funding they are able to attract, and the strategy put in place to maximize value from all resources (Financial + Human). I have spent the last 6+ years of my career advising private equity, corporate and public sector clients on capital raising, mergers & acquisition and divestment deals across several sectors including power, infrastructure, oil & gas, FMCG and real estate by providing bespoke financing solutions covering areas such as financial modelling, transaction structuring, transaction information documentation, valuation, due diligence and negotiation of definitive agreements. My competencies and exposure to diverse sectors and client base have allowed me to develop the ability to analyze business needs from different perspectives and consistently deliver value to both internal and external clients.
