About Usman Ali

I began my career as a system engineer at a system integrator. Got promoted to Senior System Engineer, working closely with enterprise-level end-customers providing them service delivery and post-sales support for Symantec, Microsoft, and IBM products.Currently, I am working with one of the largest VADs, I gained massive exposure in dealing with SMB and enterprise companies across several sectors in the GCC region. I conducted webinars, training, proof of concept’s(POC) and represented the company and the vendor at many events. The confidence shown by the company enabled me to explore Veritas Technologies and Microsoft Cloud Solutions.My personal journey led me to get certified in various technologies including data protection and cloud. It enabled me to be part of a broader community and the education made me a better individual. Moreover, I get certified on Vendor specific technologies like Microsoft and Veritas technologies.Henceforth, I am still exploring, learning, and growing. Relevant challenges should always be accepted, it does put a person out of their comfort zone but forces one to become dynamic and innovate with different ideas. It is a never-ending process!
