During my tenure, I successfully oversaw the growth of a small business into a market-leading organisation, recognised as one of the Times 100 best companies.As head of the operations department, I took charge of managing all construction and manufacturing projects, overseeing the successful delivery of installations totalling over £100 million. I expanded operational capacity to accommodate new projects and consistently grew the team each year. My academic background in Aerospace Engineering (MEng) and Management of Projects (MSc), coupled with my PRINCE2 Qualification and professional experience, have equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in senior management and leadership roles. I have successfully applied my expertise to a diverse range of projects, spanning construction, manufacturing, engineering, nuclear, as well as the implementation of CRM/ERP systems and other IT systems.
