About Uthra Devi

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Equiniti India, I ensure the quality of the call centre services that the company provides to its clients. I evaluate and provide feedback to the team managers which improves the team quality and our services. I have been working in this role since August 2021, and I enjoy applying my training and fluency skills to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and users. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Madurai Kamaraj University, which I completed in 2017. I have always been passionate about learning and teaching English, and I have used this skill to help others in various settings. For example, I took private tuition as a part-time job while I was pursuing my degree, and I taught spoken English to my students. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Accenture and a Technical Support Engineer at CSS Corp, where I supported UK and US customers with their queries and issues. I am an optimistic person who always tries to find the positive side of any situation, and I believe in myself and my abilities. My goal is to continue to grow and develop as a quality assurance professional and to contribute to the success of the company and the satisfaction of the customers.
