Being a chartered accountant aspirant, it is necessary to pursue articleship in a way that helps you to explore all areas that requires consultation of a CA. I got the oppertunity to serve as Article assistant at Baker Tilly DHC LLP, where I got exposure in auditing and assurance services which involved auditing of listed as well as other high revenue generating companies from different industries, there I gained the working knowledge of SAP. To hone my skills further, I joined Shikha B. Aggarwal & Co. to serve my remaining period of articleship, where I got to work with MNC clients, gathered working knowledge of different international accounting softwares and regulatory requirements of countries like, Australia, Canada and Malaysia. The major fields I got exposed to were, auditing and assurance services involving Company Audit, Bank Audits, Concurrent Audits and consulting services which involved Direct tax consulting, Indirect tax consulting, Accounting services and MCA regulatory requirements including Incorporation of a New Company. Since the conclusion of articleship, I worked as a freelancer for financial services which involved consulting startup firms and helping them with financial planning and budgeting along with catering their daily accounting requirements. Due to my inclination towards consultancy, I joined Bizpact where MIS software implementation along with management consultancy is core activity, we believe in working shoulder to shoulder with the client and provide them with best possible solution in the journey of our ERP support services.
