As a Process Technician at Tesla, I manage manufacturing processes to ensure high productivity and quality standards. I collaborate with the engineering team to optimize processes and enhance efficiency. I also implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and quality assurance. Prior to this role, I was a Material Handler level 4 at Tesla, where I managed production control and cell operations, overseeing special projects at off-site locations and supporting Giga Factory Fremont CA and Giga Factory Austin in Texas. I utilized my skills in KVP inventory certification, forklift operation, fall protection, Lean Manufacturing, MRP, and leadership to ensure efficient operations. I also achieved success in project management with a certification from New York University at Tandon and I am in a process of getting certified in Lean six sigma green belt,demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. I am passionate about improving processes and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
