Once upon a time, I started my career as a Software Developer. The black screen and lines of code were my canvas, but soon I realized that my heart craved more colors and creativity around me every day. Then, I discovered my true calling in Employer Branding & Marketing. Now, with 8+ years of experience, I shape impactful global employer brands, weave effective strategies, conjure high-performing campaigns, and orchestrate grand talent engagement events.Studying BTech has been a blessing, helping me understand tech teams better. I've become an effective contributor to tech branding, infusing magic into our talent and tech stories.Helping campus students is my passion, and I'm lucky to visit top global institutes for pre-placement, branding, and Tech talks. These experiences fuel my drive to create captivating employer brand narratives. The colors of diversity, innovation, and collaboration blend harmoniously, as I help organizations flourish with their unique talent stories. Together, we paint a brighter future for employers as well as colleagues, one spell at a time- Opinions expressed are solely my own and do not express the views or opinions of my employer.
