Background
About Utkur Babaev
Working as a stock associate for FENDI in New York for 15 months have ingrained in me the importance of proper organization in all aspects of a proper business. In my short experience I realized that a Luxury fashion house completely depends on the efficiency in back of the house operations. Which in turn allows the front of the house to concentrate on a seamless experience for our customers. With responsibilities in both stock and operations I was able to see the issues and needs that arise in a retail environment: be it delays in transfers and supply orders, mechanical issues, miscommunication etc. While some are out of our control many can be prevented and all of them can be mitigated with proper communication, teamwork and store organization.I was lucky to work with a very diligent, kind and experienced team that helped me grow immensely in my time with them. Working together we were able to achieve a perfect inventory for 2 years, an achievement that I am very proud of.
