As a Product Manager at Asian Paints, I worked on improving the customer experience across Beautiful Homes stores by leveraging innovations across visualization solutions and IoT designs. I worked with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions that increased sales conversions, customer satisfaction, and retention rates. Prior to that, I managed post-sales customer servicing processes via SAP CRM implementation at Asian Paints, streamlining workflows and improving efficiencies. My goal is to continue learning and growing as a product manager, and to create impactful and delightful products and services for customers and stakeholders.With a MBA from IIM Mumbai and a B.Tech in Computer Science from GD Goenka University, I have a strong background in technology and operations, and a passion for digital transformation and customer experience innovations. I also hold multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Machine Learning, and Data Science, which enable me to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to various domains and challenges.
