I’m a final-year Ph.D. candidate in Materials Science and Engineering with 8+ years of interdisciplinary research experience in polymer chemistry, battery and semiconducting materials. My work centers on designing and characterizing advanced materials for functional coatings, surface engineering, and renewable energy applications. Core Expertise: 1. Polymer Chemistry & Coatings: Advanced coatings, surface engineering, and formulation for paints and functional films 2. Synthesis & Formulation: Organic/inorganic synthesis, emulsion polymerization, and custom material design 3. Energy Storage: R&D in sodium/lithium-ion batteries, including electrode fabrication and electrochemical testing (EIS, CV, cycling) 4. Semiconductor Materials: Experience with material deposition, cleanroom protocols, device testing, and metrology 5. Statistical Data Analysis: Proficient in SPC, DOE, and optimizing material performance through data-driven approaches. Alongside research, I bring over 3 years of teaching and mentoring experience, having led undergraduate chemistry courses and guided both undergrad and graduate students in laboratory research and academic development.
