About Utsav Kedia

A third-generation entrepreneur helping shape what the next chapter of Indian alcobev can look like, working across markets, brands, and systems to drive meaningful growth. At Great Galleon Ventures, this means evolving from a deep-rooted manufacturing legacy into a modern spirits company driven by sustainability, smart design, and long-term thinking. We’re redefining what it means to be a family-run distillery — building with intention and tradition. Our aim is to create something enduring; a clear vision for our teams, purposeful products for our consumers, and scalable systems that bring together people and performance.I’m currently focused on:• Nurturing a culture of accountability, openness, and ownership across functions• Expanding into new states and export markets through tailored go-to-market strategies• Launching spirits and RTD brands designed for tomorrow’s consumer• Building an innovation lab for consistent, insight-driven product developmentThis journey is deeply personal to me and continues to challenge me to find the balance between continuity and change. If you’re in alcobev, passionate about innovative consumer brands, or have experience transforming a legacy business, I’m always eager to connect, collaborate, and learn.
