An academically sound Post-graduate, acquiring over fifteen years of significant and progressive experience in Hospitality and Export Industry is now seeking challenging opportunities to expand and implement my skills and experiences in Human Resource Industry. I’m confident that my career experiences, education and core skills have prepared me to thrive as a Human Resource professional. In my prior positions involving supervising & management roles I have worked closely and frequently with staff and vendors in addition to customers and be a part of core decision making. This has instilled multi-dimensional communication skills and an ability to recognize, act upon, and fulfil people’s wishes and needs in order to ensure their continued, and positive, relationship with and within the business. Although successful in my previous roles, I have realized the aspects of my work I find most rewarding are all in HR-related functions. The following offers a few highlights of my experiences: • Solid foundation in HR affairs: As in management roles, I have been responsible for a number of HR functions, including recruiting, interviewing, briefing and training new employees and grievances & dispute handling. I am eager to broaden these abilities by doing Human Resource certificate courses as mentioned in my resume. • Dynamic communication style: I am proficient in building relationships, consensus and a shared sense of purpose. I am known for my ability to quickly establish trust with employees and motivate others into action. • Experience in training: A constant throughout my career has been my passion for the delivery of staff development programs. Comfortable and experienced giving both large and small-group presentations, I have conducted hundreds of training seminars for diverse audiences across all organizational levels. I am well-spoken, energetic, confident, and personable, the type of person on whom an organization will rely.
