About Uttara Sujit

A seasoned Knowledge Management professional I've witnessed and actively shaped the evolution of KM practices. I am passionate about leveraging the synergy of human expertise and cutting-edge technology to unlock the full potential of organizational knowledge. I lead the Knowledge Management function for L.E.K. Consulting across APAC, where I'm spearheading strategic initiatives to build regional KM capabilities and drive operational efficiencies. I've successfully co-led technology transformations, including the migration to SharePoint Online, and am actively involved in harnessing the power of Generative AI to revolutionize how L.E.K. consultants utilize knowledge. My current focus is exploring the transformative potential of AI and Gen AI in critical KM areas such as knowledge aggregation, IP protection, and confidential information redaction, as well as in enhancing the accessibility and contextual relevance of organizational knowledge. Prior to L.E.K, I led the Knowledge and Bid Management function for the Infrastructure Government and Healthcare practice, where I drove process improvements and technology implementations to optimize KM practices across diverse sectors. My expertise spans the entire KM lifecycle, from identifying and capturing tacit knowledge to implementing AI-powered solutions for knowledge dissemination and insight generation. I am committed to continuous learning and hold certifications in Public Procurement (World Bank), Green Belt Six Sigma, and PMP training.
