I began my career within the Group in 1983 and worked in various personnel and operational departments. In 2004 I became a member of the Post - eCommerce - Parcel board and was responsible for operations overseeing about employees. In January 2017 I joined DHL Freight as CEO. I was born and raised in beautiful Wesel on the Lower Rhine. As a Weselaner,"my city" is very close to my heart and I am always happy to return home after my many business travels.
