About Uwe Seliger

I am a team manager, an engineer with quality in my veins, my team in my heart, bringing functions together to drive improvement and achieve maximum customer satisfaction.Managing Teams and the supply chain in an unprecedented time, is a challenge for all of us.I strongly believe, we will grow with that challenge. My main ambition is, to ensure my teams will adopt and deliver what is required by the business. In my current role I am an integrator aligning all multiple functions (Supply chain, Engineering, Program management) to work as a team ensuring that the selected supply chain delivers a new product with high quality on time to the cost needed.On my previous roles, I managed the complex supply chains such as- Machining & Castings Make to Print- Nacelle Design Make with my highly motivated team for Rolls-Royce. As a vital part of my role, I developed and delivered the vendor specific quality strategy ensuring Zero Defects. In front of our senior management and our customers I represented the commodity presenting the actions and strategy to meet and exceed there needs. In addition, I lead and coached complex investigations to ensuring satisfactory close out in a timely manner.
