He has deep specialization in nexus studies, developing tax efficient and sustainable sourcing positions, representing clients during voluntary disclosure negotiations as well as in audit and controversy situations, reviewing historic returns for refund and prospective planning opportunities, developing and implementing special purpose entities that reduce tax liabilities, assisting clients in streamlining their legal structure in a tax efficient manner, and numerous mergers and acquisitions sell-side as well as buy-side due diligence projects.
