About Vaggelis Doulos

As a Senior Structural Engineer at Design4Structures, an award-winning engineering and construction modelling consultancy, I apply my expertise in steel construction, seismic design, and BIM technology to deliver design-led and data-driven solutions for clients across various sectors and regions. I have over 6 years of experience in the design and construction industry, with a Master of Science in Steel Construction from The University of Sheffield and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Patras. I am passionate about creating innovative and sustainable structures that meet the needs and expectations of the end-users and the environment. I work with a team of talented and experienced engineers, architects, and contractors, and use advanced software tools such as Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, and IDEA StatiCa to design, analyze, and model complex steel structures and connections. I also prepare technical and financial reports, liaise with clients and suppliers, and inspect various projects to ensure quality and safety standards. Some of the projects I have contributed to include new buildings, offsite modular volumetric, and architectural metalwork.
