About Vagner Dutra

Systems Analyst in constant evolution | IT Management | Oracle | ERP | Data Modeling I believe in the power of technology as a transformation tool — of processes, teams and results. My career began in Administration, where I developed a strategic business vision, and naturally evolved into the area of Information Technology, combining analysis, systems and innovation. Today, I work with support, maintenance and improvement of ERP systems, with a focus on pension management, using Oracle databases, PL/SQL and data modeling to ensure accuracy, stability and performance. I value clear communication, collaboration between teams and the continuous search for more efficient solutions. I am driven by challenges that involve solving real problems with technology, whether optimizing a process, structuring a database or proposing improvements to a legacy system. I am always learning, evolving and seeking to deliver value through IT. “Technology is the means — people and results are the end.” I am interested in projects that involve process optimization, automation, innovation in legacy systems and digital transformation with a focus on operational efficiency.
