Background

About Vahram Bleyan

With over a decade of experience across product development, engineering, and fintech, I’m the Co-Founder and CTO at Mamble, where I focus on translating business objectives into scalable, well-designed technical solutions. At Mamble, I lead engineering and product direction end-to-end — from roadmap definition and architecture to team formation and delivery. My work includes setting up dedicated teams around each client’s goals and ensuring execution from concept through production. I’m also leading the design of the Mamble AI Appliance, a hybrid platform for secure on-premise and cloud-based deployment of large language model infrastructure, RAG pipelines, and modular AI capabilities.Previously, at Relcu, I helped shape product and engineering strategy from its early stages, building systems and teams in highly regulated, revenue-critical environments. This experience strengthened my ability to design robust technical roadmaps, scale organizations, and align engineering execution with business outcomes. Today, I work with partners across the US, Europe, and the Nordics. In addition to my role at Mamble, I take on select fractional or advisory engineering leadership roles for product companies where senior technical ownership can materially reduce risk or accelerate execution.
