I'm an HR professional with 1.3 years of diverse experience across IT, consulting, and EdTech sectors. My journey started at Zummit Infolabs where I began as an HR intern and got promoted to HR Executive within just four months - that experience taught me the value of adaptability and going beyond my job description. There, I handled everything from recruitment to employee engagement, learning how HR truly forms the backbone of any organization. Later, I moved to a consultancy firm where I specialized in BFSI recruitment across PAN India. This role sharpened my candidate assessment skills and gave me deep exposure to documentation processes. Currently, I'm working with an EdTech company as an Operations and HR Executive, where I wear multiple hats - managing HR functions like payroll and onboarding while also handling client communications and cross-departmental coordination in operations. What excites me most about HR is how it blends people skills with processes. Whether it's resolving employee queries, optimizing job portals, or designing LinkedIn banners for our clients, I enjoy finding that perfect balance between human connection and operational efficiency. My experience has given me hands-on expertise in everything from interview coordination and payslip generation to social media branding and basic graphic design using tools like Canva. On the education front, I completed my BBA from LNCT University (2022-2025) and am now pursuing an MBA through distance learning from Shoolini University (2025-2027). This MBA journey is helping me bridge my practical experience with formal management education. Outside of work, I'm passionate about continuous learning - recently participating in quizzes on creative thinking, presentation skills, communication mastery, and AI-era interviews to keep sharpening my professional edge. What drives me is the belief that good HR isn't just about policies and paperwork - it's about creating workplaces where people can thrive.
