As a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert, Content Developer, Trainer, and Author, I hold a Ph. D. in English Linguistics & Pragmatics and have dedicated the past 20 years to teaching English Language/Literature, Communication Skills, Communication for Research & Professional Ethics, as well as developing curricula and training materials. In addition, I have served in various leadership positions, including 2.5 years as Area Director of Humanities & Social Sciences, 5 years as Associate Dean of Research and Accreditations & Rankings, and 14.4 years as Associate/Assistant Professor at Doctoral, Post-Graduation & Under-Graduation levels. I have also worked as a core English faculty at the secondary schools' PGT Level for 4.5 years. My key skills include teaching, training, content development, administration, and counseling, and I pride myself on my integrity, honesty, understanding of human nature, and leadership abilities.
