Although I have been absent from administration and management for a short time, I believe my previous work experience and durable drive for life, learning and success make me an excellent candidate. I have held various leadership and managerial roles throughout the course of my 16 years within sales and the food and beverage industry. I am a detail-aligned professional who has been consistently praised as being hard working, adaptable and happy by co-workers, management and patrons alike. My nearly 20 years of experience working with and around the general public and my educational background has made relating, understanding, problem-solving and conflict resolution some of my strongest qualities. I have an active desire for guest satisfaction and retention and understand the significance of accurate materials/food and beverage operations to achieve such results. I have consistently demonstrated strong leadership, organizational and communication skills with the additional ability to multitask in an array of evolving, fast-paced situations. I am intuitive, a quick learner and extremely eager to expand my knowledge and skill set in a conducive environment.
