While adults often believe they possess all the knowledge, it's the teenagers who teach us to redefine success and children who remind us of our place in the world. Truly listening to people's words can bring about transformative change. In my day job, my focus lies in the realm of people development - an area that fuels my passion. I believe that by genuinely listening to individuals and understanding their unique challenges, we can uncover the solutions they seek. Often, these challenges can be overcome through open-mindedness (as exhibited by children), maintaining curiosity (as displayed by teenagers), and effective communication (as expected of adults). Working closely with people leaders in organisations, I assist them in empowering their teams to recognize their untapped potential and surpass it.
