About Val Nathaniel Aranda

Total of 12 years of working experience with different types of business. I have been in different industries such as Logistics, Customer Service, Back Office, and Virtual Assistance. One of the great achievements I've got is the spearheading of CAPA from my previous job. This project sets the best quality standard for the company which really helped the improvement and growth of the company. The project continued even after I left the company. My experiences molded me into what I am today. The best practice I've been carrying until today is "Never to say No". To elaborate on this, it's my way of learning something new. Instead of saying "No" at first, why don't give it a try first? I believed that everything is doable as long as you are oriented and provided. I am also a type of person who's a tactile learner or wants to learn the job while doing it in the actual demonstration which really helps me to easily learn the basic principle of a task. I have to admit that it's better for me to learn the hard way for me to find the easy way without compromising the quality or integrity.
