As the first individual contributor of the Software Engineering Strategy and Operations team in the Office of the Vice President of Software Engineering, I helped stand up the new organization of and developed numerous solutions and processes to support the growth and maturity of the team while documenting processes and sharing knowledge. In my role, I have been responsible for org level program metrics reviews, program management reviews, organizational and executive communications, chief of staff for Boeing Global Services Software Engineering, and numerous strategy and operations projects; including providing visibility of software operational accomplishments to the VP of Engineering, Test and Technology; program management of Software Engineering External Technical Affiliations; the design, logistics, and facilitation of Software Engineering all-team and all-manager meetings and webcasts; employee engagement and recognition; Software Engineering Tech Talks; Senior Technical Fellowship projects; employee survey development, deployment, and analysis; and development, maintenance, and support of digital engagement platforms. My role includes extended software leadership team engagement and support, and business partner engagement. I am a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a John Maxwell Team certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach; a certified Boeing Facilitator for The Pacific Institute's Thought Patterns for High Performance (TPHP); and a Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word.
