About Valda Meth

I started my career in the medical industry in 2001 with Medscheme as a call centre consultant, in a temporary post. Whilst at Medscheme I was exposed to a clinical information when assisting with Ex-Gratia applications. I realised that I have a passion for the administrative side of the medical industry. I then moved to Discovery Health as a correspondence consultant.Thereafter I moved to Kelly Recruitment Services as the Correspondence Department at Discovery Health closed. Kelly exposed me to being able interact with clients face to face. I returned to the medical industry as this is where my passion lies. At HealthBridge I was a Fulfillent Coordinator as well as a Technical Support Engineer. As a technical support Engineer I was allowed the space to grow and take on greater challenges than my actual title allowed. I was given Key Clients to support such as: Mediclinic (National) Medical EDI (National) Practice Relief (Western Cape) Brima (Pretoria) My most recent position with DJO Global as a Medical Equipment Sales Rep was the most challenging and fulfilling role I have fulfilled to date. I have ad the opportunity to travel with SA as well as Internationally in this role. I have maintained relationships with various hospitals as well as medical professionals. I was awarded the Vascular Salesperson of the Year 2015
