About Valentin Buchin

As an HR professional, I have experience collaborating with managers to define candidate profiles and leading the full-cycle recruitment process across various positions and departments. During my time at Innocent, I went beyond traditional talent acquisition by spearheading DEI initiatives. I organized events focused on Autism/Neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ inclusivity to help foster a more inclusive workplace culture. Currently at VF Corporation, I leverage my talent acquisition experience to support business goals by recruiting for corporate positions across the EMEA region. I also manage recruitment for retail and wholesale roles in the French market for our brands. I hold a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Trinity College Dublin, where I deepened my expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development. Prior to that, I studied at ESSEC Business School and participated in the Responsible Leadership Cohort, a 12-month program, at the University of South Carolina. Passionate about DEI and its transformative impact on workplaces, I aspire to contribute to forward-thinking organizations that prioritize inclusion, equity, and employee well-being.
